We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, natural variations may occur, and packaging may vary slightly from images on the website. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. Where this website or our materials refer to game birds, this means wild-release game birds (birds released into the wild), not farmed game birds.

4. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until we send you a confirmation email. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for any reason, including stock availability, errors in product information, or suspected fraud.

5. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made at checkout using one of our accepted payment methods. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways.

6. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. All orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which aims to deliver 2–3 working days after dispatch. Delays due to force majeure (e.g. weather, strikes, courier disruption) are beyond our control. Delivery is charged at cost, based on the total weight of the order and Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 price. It includes VAT and is shown at checkout. We do not offer free delivery. We currently deliver to England, Scotland and Wales only.

7. Cancellations and Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Products must be unopened and in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at info@wildwyn.co.uk. Return postage is at your expense unless the product is faulty. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned items.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including delivery costs, upon inspection.

9. Promotions and Discounts
From time to time, we may offer promotional codes. These are valid for one-time use per customer and may not be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel promotions without notice.

10. Intellectual Property
