6. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier service. Delays due to force majeure (e.g. weather, strikes, courier disruption) are beyond our control. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We currently deliver within the UK only.

7. Cancellations and Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Products must be unopened and in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at orders@wildwyn.co.uk. Return postage is at your expense unless the product is faulty. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned items.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including delivery costs, upon inspection.

9. Promotions and Discounts
From time to time, we may offer promotional codes. These are valid for one-time use per customer and may not be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel promotions without notice.
