Delivery and Returns

1. How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. Once shipped, your Wildwyn parcel should arrive within 2–4 business days via a reliable local UK courier. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way. If you need help with delivery, our support team is just a message away.

2. Which courier do you use?

We use trusted local UK couriers to ensure safe and speedy delivery. Depending on your location, this may include Royal Mail, DPD, or other regional partners. Each parcel is tracked from dispatch to doorstep, so you’ll always know where your delivery is.

3. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only deliver within the mainland UK (excluding N.Ireland) to ensure product freshness, speed, and quality of service. We’re working on expanding to international markets in the future. If you’re outside the mainland UK and keen to try WildWyn products, let us know—we love hearing where demand is growing.

4. What is your returns policy?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all our products. If you’re not satisfied, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the returns process. The product must be returned in its original packaging with remaining unused product for a full refund.

5. How do I request a refund or return?

Email us at info@wildwyn.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1 business day and provide return instructions. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund promptly to your original payment method.

6. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll send a replacement straight away at no cost to you, or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. Your satisfaction is our priority.

13. Do WildWyn products have an expiry date?

Each product is clearly marked with a ‘Best Before’ date or production date. Most of our dry goods and shelf-stable products last 12–24 months unopened when stored properly. For best results, use within the recommended timeframe after opening.

14. Are your products suitable for year-round use?

Absolutely. WildWyn products are designed for use in every season, whether it’s supporting birds in winter or feeding through spring. Just adjust quantities or timing as needed for seasonal conditions and follow our seasonal usage tips online.
